Hebrews 4:16 "Let us then approach God's throne of grace with confidence, so that we way receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need."
2 Peter 3:18 "But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen."

What do I fast?
Red meat, Pork Fast Food
Fried food, Sweets-candy, cakes, white sugar
Soda pop, Sugar juices
Coffee, Tea, All caffeine
(Limit T.V. during this fast, parents should have a no TV or Video games
day for young kids, insert more family activities)
